I am not getting any reply from you

Please note that we may not respond to any email on Sunday. Sometimes, emails goes to SPAM, so also check your SPAM(JUNK) mails. If you haven’t receive any email from us email us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We take Crypto payments (Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum and others), MonyeGram and Western Union.

How long does it take to receive my order?

It depends by the warehouse you are buying from, USA Warehouse ETA is 3-7 days. International and Europe warehouse takes from 10 to 31 days.

How do I change my shipping address?

Login to your account, find your order and if it wasn’t shipped yet when you can edit your shipping address. You can also contact us by opening a ticket and we will change the shipping address for you.

How do I track the status of my order?

You will get an email confirmation that your order is completed, the mail will include the tracking number with the link to the tracking page. Also you can track your order by viewing your order in your account.

My ordered is cancelled but I’ve sent the payment

In this case you should provide the Transaction ID (HASH). You can find it in your wallet by viewing the transaction in Block Explorer. It seems there is a difference in price and the system didn’t detect your payment.

I placed my order! When will it be shipped?

All orders are shipped out within 1-7 business days. Please accept our apologies for the shipping delay. Because of restrictions and regulations caused by “Pandemia” it takes longer than usual for the package to be shipped out. Please Note: We are shipping from different warehouses around the world. Each warehouse has a separate shipping cost. We would advise you to order from the same warehouse to avoid multiple shipping costs. Do you provide a tracking number?

When we dispatch an order we send you an email with the order’s shipping confirmation including its track and the link where to track it.
